Senior Brand Manager- Dairy Farmers Thick & Creamy Yoghurt (12-month fixed term contract)

We're on the hunt for an ambitious Senior Brand Manager to join our yoghurt team for a 12-month fixed-term contract, due to an internal move! Join our dynamic and collaborative team, where you'll play a key role in developing our growth strategy and annual brand plan. You'll have full ownership of our beloved Dairy Farmers Thick & Creamy range, including spearheading exciting innovation projects. You'll also manage new product launches, launch plans, comms and media and packaging design, and work closely with the Flavoured Yoghurt Marketing Manager to deliver drive overall portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive activities that support growth of Dairy Farmers Thick & Creamy
  
• Collaborate cross functionally as a project lead to explore, lead and manage NPD
  
• Lead cross functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor TTL campaigns
  
• Manage and report on brand performance (sales, share, profitability, equity)
  
• Manage the Dairy Farmers Thick & Creamy advertising and promotion budget

About you

• Experience in similar senior brand marketing roles in FMCG
  
• Strong business and commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of brand outcomes
  
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, organisation & stakeholder management
  
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or similar
  
• Displays a curious mindset to drive brand growth; challenges the status quo and champions brand and quality standards
  
• Thrives in fast-paced environment, takes initiative, delivers results independently
