Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

We’re recruiting a permanent Change & Communications Specialist to support a large-scale transformation in Claims operations. Based in North Lakes, this role sits within the Claims Digitisation program and plays a key part in driving adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working—while keeping people at the centre of change.

The Opportunity
Joining a dedicated Change & Communications team, you’ll support both strategic programs and business-as-usual initiatives within Claims and Assessing. You’ll work alongside project teams, developers, senior leaders, and frontline staff to ensure change is understood, embraced, and sustained—particularly as the business rolls out new workflow systems, digitises motor claims, and prepares to expand into home claims.
You’ll also contribute to building a practical, scalable approach to change—helping uplift capability and consistency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver change strategies focused on people impact and adoption
  • Execute core change activities: comms planning, impact assessments, training support, lessons learned
  • Track readiness, adoption, and outcomes using an embedded change framework
  • Coach and support leaders through periods of disruption
  • Ensure smaller initiatives align with broader change methodology
  • Identify resistance and develop practical mitigation strategies
  • Partner with L&D, Ops Comms, and other teams to coordinate change support

About You

You’re a hands-on change professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings people along on the journey. With a balance of strategic thinking and on-the-ground delivery, you confidently influence stakeholders and drive outcomes that stick.

You bring:
  • Solid experience delivering organisational change, ideally in project settings
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Confidence in working with ambiguity and influencing decision-makers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative, pragmatic, and outcomes-driven mindset
  • (Bonus) Understanding of claims, insurance, or process-driven environments
  • (Desirable) Tertiary qualifications in Change, Communications, HR or related fields
