About this Position Join our team as a Logistics Lead, where you'll manage domestic and import/export shipments to ensure smooth, end-to-end logistics operations. Acting as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a vital role in driving efficiency, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the supply chain.

- Manage all domestic, import, and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate logistics execution.
- Act as the main liaison with stakeholders, forwarders, and carriers, and coordinate with warehouses on delivery status.
- Collaborate with Customer Excellence and Sales teams to maintain high service standards and resolve operational issues.
- Oversee 3PL providers and satellite warehouses, including VAS/rework activities and annual stocktakes across ANZ.
- Conduct regular vendor visits and support operations on-site during peak seasons, including warehouse-based work.
- Drive process improvements and sustainability initiatives focused on cost and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation for customs, IDocs, inventory variances, and stock management in collaboration with planners.
- Monitor and achieve monthly KPIs while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) policies.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics management, preferably in FMCG/Retail, with ANZ operational exposure.
- Strong knowledge of international trade, including import/export compliance and documentation.
- Proficient in SAP (logistics modules) and Microsoft Office Suite; capable of basic data analysis and metric interpretation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative, proactive team player with strong independence, accountability, and a positive mindset.
