About this Position Responsible for managing select existing channels within the E.M.D.N team—including E-commerce, mass merchants, and discounters—while also leading the sourcing and securing of new business opportunities to establish long-term strategic partnerships. Accountable for driving overall strategy and full P&L ownership across both existing and new business within the EMDN team for the total Henkel Consumer Brand portfolio. Key responsibilities include executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), conducting range reviews, launching new products, and implementing Net Revenue Management and promotional programs.

- Identifies and secures new business opportunities, managing development budgets for targeted accounts.
- Translates customer strategy into joint business plans with appropriate brand, range, and priority alignment.
- Defines and executes local account strategies, including annual revenue and target plans.
- Builds and maintains sustainable, long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Establishes strong executive-level and cross-functional relationships.
- Achieves account targets across key performance metrics.
- Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively drives key account performance.
- Ensures timely and accurate administrative support, including sales forecasts, reports, claims, and accruals.
- 1–3 years of FMCG experience, with relevant tertiary qualifications desirable but not essential.
- Proven track record in winning new business, building long-term partnerships, and managing accounts.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, presentation, and strategic influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly collaborative, resilient, and adaptable, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
