Olimpia Splendid, a global leader in heating, cooling, and hydronic systems since 1956, is seeking a technically skilled and motivated Service Manager to join their growing team in Australia. Known for their innovation and Italian-made quality, they deliver smart, sustainable climate solutions across more than 45 countries.

Based in Dandenong South, you’ll be the go-to expert for technical support across the Australian and New Zealand markets - supporting retailers, service agents, contractors, and end users. You will coordinate service operations, manage spare parts and product repairs, provide hands-on technical training, and ensure high standards in quality control. Leading a network of contract technicians and service agents, you’ll also liaise with our Italian HQ and support product development with local market insights.

You are a self-starter with solid HVAC experience, ideally supported by a restricted electrical license and a good understanding of AU/NZ compliance. Your strengths include strong organisational skills, a sense of urgency, and a natural ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
