What will I be doing?

In your new role as a Demi Chef, you will be working evenings in our Dinner outlets, utilising your creative flair and passion for food and will be responsible for performing the following tasks;

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
• Preparing all mis-en-place for all relevant menus
• Assisting in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Contributing to control costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role, you must be available for dinner service and evenings shifts, as well as:

• NVQ Level 3
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Previous kitchen experience
