About The Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll inspire and guide a team of Aged Care Assessors who conduct face-to-face assessments with older Australians in their homes. You’ll:

About The Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll inspire and guide a team of Aged Care Assessors who conduct face-to-face assessments with older Australians in their homes. You’ll:
- Lead a high-performing, remote team with compassion and clarity.
- Ensure quality assessments and outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain strong community connections.
- Travel within your region and stay hands-on with occasional assessments.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Relevant qualifications in Nursing, OT, Physio, Social Work, Speech Therapy, Dietetics, or Exercise Physiology.
- AHPRA registration (or equivalent), a valid driver’s licence, and a reliable vehicle.
