About The Role
We have a unique and deeply rewarding opportunity for a Pharmacist-in-Charge to join Slade Pharmacy in a permanent part-time role, based on-site at the state-of-the-art Monash IVF Clinic in Clayton. This is a unique position supporting patients through their fertility journey, delivering compassionate care, and ensuring timely access to essential medications.
As the lead pharmacist at the clinic, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, working autonomously while closely collaborating with fertility nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals. You’ll be an integral part of each patient’s journey, providing critical counselling, advice, and support.

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic pharmacist who is ready to lead a specialised pharmacy service in a close-knit, collaborative team. You will bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential—we welcome pharmacists who are looking for their first opportunity to step into a management role in a supportive and innovative environment.
No prior IVF experience is required—comprehensive training and support will be provided.

- Provide expert counselling and education to patients on IVF-related medications, medical devices, and correct injection techniques
- Dispense and manage the supply of specialised fertility medications
- Oversee on-site pharmacy operations, including workflow coordination and stock management
- Collaborate with IVF doctors, nurses, and patient care teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with PBS claims and patient account enquiries
