About The Role
Ventia is looking for a strategic and experienced Asset Lifecycle Planning Lead to join our Defence & Social Infrastructure (D&SI) Asset Management team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of asset lifecycle strategies, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance across our asset portfolio. You’ll guide a team of asset managers and planners, driving long-term planning and continuous improvement aligned with Ventia’s strategic goals.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Cremorne head office.

You are a forward-thinking asset management professional with:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree and certifications like ISO 55000 or PMP are a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in asset lifecycle planning or management, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of asset management software and lifecycle planning tools
- Excellent strategic thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
