About the role

Are you a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert who loves crafting clever campaigns and creating unforgettable customer journeys? We’re on the lookout for a CRM Marketing Automation Specialist to help us connect with our community—prospects, leads, and loyal owners alike—with a strong focus on retention and experience.

You’ll be the go-to for all things content and strategy across our service communications, working closely with our awesome teams in marketing, service, parts, and accessories. From building journeys to optimising touchpoints, you’ll help shape how Honda shows up in inboxes and beyond.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead the digital journey (Salesforce Marketing Cloud content, journeys and data) for service, parts and accessories
• Manage digital customer comms to ensure brand experience is consistent throughout
• Utilising customer insights, develop and deliver CRM campaigns for existing and prospect owners
• Support the business team in integrating Service CRM into the overall communications plan
• Coordinate with agency teams to deliver against the agreed digital roadmap within approved scope and budgets
• Provide campaign related analysis and post-campaign reports to identify key opportunities and insights
• Author and publish content across multiple channels

What you'll bring to Honda

• Tertiary qualifications in Digital, Marketing or related fields of study
• Proven hands-on digital marketing experience, including knowledge of google analytics and social management tools, A/B testing, email marketing etc
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing platform
• Strong expertise in CRM data management (preferably in Salesforce)
• Experience with digital analytics tools and data analysis
• Experience in agile working, with Jira and Confluence
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
