Job description
In this pivotal role within the Brand & Marketing Division, you will be the driving force behind delivering a stellar website experience for our consumers.
As a seasoned and passionate Digital leader, you will take charge of the strategy, development, and performance of our online presence, crafting a best-in-class web experience with your team of specialists. Your mission? To drive lead and conversion strategies, all powered by your deep understanding of website management and digital marketing strategies.
How you'll make an impact
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on rebuilding the web experience to enhance conversion and customer experience
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with broader marketing initiatives
- Lead the planning and execution of website updates, improvements, and redesigns
- Implement and manage A/B testing, heatmaps, and other optimisation tools to improve user experience and increase conversions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth user experience
- Utilise SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels to boost visibility and engagement
- Deliver data and insights on e-commerce performance and suggested improvements
What you'll bring to Honda
- At least 10 years of experience in managing websites
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as SFCC, Shopify or similar
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and website analytics
- Extensive experience in improving website performance, optimising conversion rates, and growing online sales
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
- Knowledge of CRO tools and strategies as well as of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) will be beneficial
