To support continued growth in regional VIC, our client is currently seeking a leading hand supervisor to join their in-house construction/development team.
You will be based on a large scale retirement/lifestyle project in Baranduda.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a carpenter/leading hand supervisor who is looking for growth opportunities into site & project management.
The Role:

The Role:
- Assist the head site manager day to day
- Running site inductions & managing OH&S
- Running QA checks across the site
- General labor, assisting trades on the tools when required
- Qualified carpenter with a background in residential (ideal)
- Ability liaise with all the sub contractors, set all the trades, make sure the site is set up/clean + general site management
- Happy to be hands on with laboring when required
- Attention to detail and a passionate about your career and growth into site management
