About the role

Are you all about turning data into delightful customer journeys? We’re on the hunt for a 1:1 Marketing Automation Specialist who’s ready to help bring Honda’s personalisation strategy to life. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes SME, using your technical know-how in lifecycle marketing, automation, and CRM platforms to create smart, seamless experiences. You’ll be the architect behind personalised campaigns that engage, nurture, and grow our audience. From strategy to execution, you’ll help shape a best-in-class experience that keeps customers coming back for more.

From nurturing new prospects to boosting engagement and retention, you’ll be driving growth with every click. You’ll work closely with a passionate team, make data-led decisions, and continuously optimise journeys that feel anything but automated.

How you'll make an impact

• Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth
• Implement and optimise marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for data consistency as well as data-driven, personalised campaigns
• Be the owner of 1:1 lead management, Honda to Honda, manage segmentation to drive all customer interaction and engagement.
• Optimise lead flow management, including scoring, nurturing, and routing to sales
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations in all marketing activities
• Implement effective reporting of 1:1 activity and support insights generation to identify key opportunities

What you'll bring to Honda

• Tertiary qualifications in Digital, Marketing or related fields of study
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar roles
• Strong understanding or hands-on experience using Salesforce, Adobe or any other MarTech stack, to ensure lifecycle and lead nurture strategies are translatable into an actionable roadmap with the Centre of Expertise.
• Proven experience across marketing automation and technology, in particular Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira will be beneficial
• Relevant platform certifications will be highly regarded
