The day-to-day responsibilities:
As an Account Manager you will:
- Work with your team, strategists, and Specialist business units to create the communication idea
- Get involved in creative development workshops
- In depth assessment of all communication options using media research tools
- Assess, identify and recommend communication initiatives that deliver depth and impact to media plans
- Deliver detailed recommendations of proposed communication solutions
- Collaborate with and share information with creative agency partners
- Present communication recommendations to clients built on in-depth customer focused rationale
- Respond to regional reporting requests and manage the upkeep of all relevant reporting systems
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports skill sets in campaign administration and overall output
What you'll need:
- Strong planning skills across key media channels
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients
- High-level presentation skills (both written and verbal)
- Organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate a passion to do great, innovative work and inspire others
- Ability to manage, develop and motivate junior members of the team
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
