Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Outreach
- Proactively identify and engage healthcare professionals across job boards, databases, social platforms, and direct outreach.
- Build talent pipelines and proactively approach clinics and healthcare providers to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess suitability and interest.
- Share compelling information about the company, roles, and benefits.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Deliver a high-quality and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruitment leadership to understand workforce needs.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment activity.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with legislation and policy.
- Keep up with recruitment trends and competitor activity within the healthcare sector.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and branding efforts, including supporting digital and social recruitment campaigns.

You May Have
- Experience in talent acquisition or healthcare recruitment
- Familiarity with sourcing channels, job boards, and ATS platforms
- Understanding of healthcare roles, particularly General Practitioners
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- The ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in market trends, data insights, and strategic sourcing
