The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use property sectors nationwide.
- Assess acquisition opportunities, perform due diligence, and prepare investment memorandums and feasibility reports.
- Assist in the development and execution of the property investment strategy aligned with the family office’s long-term goals.
- Build and maintain financial models for asset performance tracking, sensitivity analysis, and forecasting.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, including rental yields, capital growth, risk, and liquidity metrics.
- Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and external consultants during acquisition and asset management processes.
- 2–5 years of experience in property investment, real estate advisory, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the Australian property market and investment fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
- A self-starter who thrives in a small team environment and is eager to grow with the business.
