Our Client

Our client is a high-net-worth family office who have a strategic growth plan to expand their direct property investment portfolio across Australia. To support this growth they are looking to appoint a highly motivated and self-starting Property Analyst to their close-knit Melbourne team.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a multi-asset class investment strategy, with direct exposure to high-level decision-making and a long-term investment philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use property sectors nationwide.
  • Assess acquisition opportunities, perform due diligence, and prepare investment memorandums and feasibility reports.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the property investment strategy aligned with the family office’s long-term goals.
  • Build and maintain financial models for asset performance tracking, sensitivity analysis, and forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance, including rental yields, capital growth, risk, and liquidity metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and external consultants during acquisition and asset management processes.


About You

  • 2–5 years of experience in property investment, real estate advisory, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian property market and investment fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a small team environment and is eager to grow with the business.
