THE ROLE


The Account Manager is a pivotal role within the business. It is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships within existing business portfolios to maximise sales opportunities, retention, and overall satisfaction. Working as part of a vertical sales team, this role will manage existing enquiries, support strategic account initiatives, maintain service tiers and deliver personalised service to key stakeholders across priority segments.

In addition to driving client opportunities and achieving revenue targets, this role is expected to deliver exceptional client solutions, seek industry expertise, support business development, exemplify value focused propositions, ensure delivery, reporting and portal management is on track whilst fostering long-term client relationships. Stakeholder engagement is critical both internal and external to deliver outbound strategic opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not exclusive to:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing day-to-day enquiries and orders.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through product recommendations, reorders, and upselling.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts and understand their brand, needs, and uniform lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes, proposals, deliveries, customisation, portals and sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, warehouse and embroidery teams to coordinate seamless fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate Hubspot CRM and Netsuite data, monitor account performance, and report on sales activity.
  • Support the wider sales team on campaigns, product launches, and onboarding of new clients.
