Are you an experienced Estimator looking for your next challenge? One of our Key clients, a leading name in the Australian construction industry, is seeking a talented Estimator to join their Building Division. This is an exciting opportunity to be based in their office just outside the Brisbane CBD, working within a dynamic team of 5.

About The Role

As an Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in their tendering process, working on a diverse range of projects valued from $20 million to $150 million. You'll be involved in securing projects across multiple sectors, including:

• Education
• Health
• Industrial
• Defence
• Aged Care
  
  

You'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, collaborating closely with their project teams, and contributing to the continued success of the Building Division.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the building construction industry.
• A strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and costs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A completed Construction Management degree
• Previous experience with a builder in the Tier 2 space
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
