About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Support Officer to join our dynamic, friendly procurement team. This is a new role for a period up to November 2027, with possible extension, in which you’ll provide high quality business, administrative and project support to the procurement management team during a time of transformation across the team.
You’ll be key in ensuring effective and efficient administration and operations, coordinate and work to improve our team processes and records management, and facilitate our communication and correspondence.
To Be Successful In The Role You'll
have worked in a similar role, supporting a busy team in a complex and time-pressured environmentbe able to balance competing priorities, and be flexible in your approachbe able to communicate with a broad range of people, and to provide concise and clear written and verbal informationhave experience preparing presentations, reports, correspondence and spreadsheets, and advanced skills in the relevant MS applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
The recommended applicant must complete a pre-employment health declaration and a criminal history check.
