We are partnering with a leading service-based organisation in Brisbane seeking a skilled and proactive Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team. This is a key role focused on driving performance, supporting strategic decisions, and delivering insightful financial analysis to senior stakeholders.
The Opportunity
Working closely with operational and support functions, you will act as a trusted advisor, offering commercial insights, influencing business cases, and leading budgeting and forecasting cycles. Your ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and confidently is essential to your success in this role.

You are a confident communicator with a proven track record in business partnering or FP&A roles. You can distil complex financial information into clear insights and are comfortable influencing non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial advice to senior leaders across key business units
- Lead month-end reporting, performance reviews, and forecasting
- Analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver commercial insights
- Support strategic initiatives and challenge business cases
- Drive process improvement across planning and reporting cycles
- Build and maintain financial models and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Strategy
You are a confident communicator with a proven track record in business partnering or FP&A roles. You can distil complex financial information into clear insights and are comfortable influencing non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements
- Finance/Accounting Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in finance business partnering or FP&A
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools is highly regarded
- 2 days per week working from home
