About The Role
This role designs and leads marketing effectiveness reporting. They are responsible for understanding desired business and member experience outcomes, and reporting against them, deriving insights that turn into actions.
This role manages overall Marketing, Membership and Digital reporting, membership reporting and analysis, campaign reporting and insights, and leads the implementation of a media mix model and full funnel modelling. They link in and connect all the way through from marketing efforts to member data, in order to serve a better outcome for the member, and to drive business efficiencies.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities Include
Reporting
- Connect marketing analytics to business results across customer and member segments to inform better experience design
- Work closely with Analytics and Optimisation Specialists in Marketing, Membership and Digital to stitch together data – and uphold data integrity
- Works with Technology to ensure required system and data access is in place
- Works with external partners on media mix modelling, first- and third-party data matching and use cases for improving business performance and member experience
- Oversee formal marketing reporting, dashboard management and optimisation – so that the effectiveness of the marketing function is transparent and open with key stakeholders across the Group
- Manage the post-implementation and post-campaign reporting process to provide return on marketing investment insights and opportunities for improvement
- Business reporting and insights of marketing activities all the way through the funnel in online and assisted channels
- Build dashboards that are easy to use for team members to self-serve data and insights (Tableau, Customer Journey Analytics, etc)
- Tertiary qualifications in a business field with a focus on marketing, data or statistics
- Information management tools eg Excel, budget management, Tableau
- Experience in management reporting design and dashboards
- Strong statistical background and ability to interpret insights
- Strong technical background and deep knowledge of multiple data sources including digital analytics, CRM data, audience modelling, first- and third-party data and multi-channel funnels
