What we’re looking for

We’re after an experienced, autonomous Digital Project Manager with strong technical background.


This is not a delivery-only role.

We want someone who can define, lead and evolve digital strategies – not just execute someone else’s. You’ll be the strategic driver on key projects and a trusted partner to our clients.


You’ll also help free up our CEO to focus on growth and shape our expanding digital marketing offering.



You bring…


  • 4+ years experience in a digital agency (or you’ve run your own)
  • Strong technical foundation – you’ve worked with complex web platforms like WordPress or Drupal, and understand how things work under the hood
  • A mix of web development, SEO know-how, and a sharp sense for digital strategy
  • A natural ability to manage and grow client relationships
  • High energy, curiosity, and confidence to work independently and own outcomes
  • Based somewhere in the Asia Pacific region (not eastern AU or NZ due to timezone clash with European clients)



You’re confident with…


  • Data architecture: content types, entities, taxonomies – you know how they connect
  • Managing complex web builds from research to launch
  • Collaborating with designers and giving creative direction when needed
  • Running discovery sessions and crafting strategic roadmaps
  • Using SEO best practices to guide technical and content decisions
  • Analysing data and knowing which metrics actually matter
  • Fielding incoming client requests and presenting strategy



Your responsibilities


  • Lead research & discovery, identify gaps and design client growth strategies
  • Manage web design and development projects across UX, SEO and dev teams
  • Champion web accessibility (we’ll train you if needed)
  • Be the main point of contact for key clients, helping grow their digital footprint
  • Collaborate with the CEO to expand our strategic and marketing offerings
  • Stay current on web and digital trends that influence user experience and performance

You’ve likely juggled multiple clients, projects and deadlines before – and thrived. You’re strategic, technically fluent, love a good roadmap, and are excited about helping organisations make smart digital decisions.

Employment type


Full-time, remote, flexible working hours.

Must be available for meetings between 10am – 9pm AEST, with flexibility to overlap with European clients.
