The Role

Are you a commercially savvy corporate lawyer looking to broaden your horizons with a dynamic and collaborative legal team? We’re seeking a motivated lawyer with 2–5 years’ PQE, ideally with a blend of private sector and government work, to join our growing practice.

This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse client base, spanning both corporate and government sectors.

You’ll play a critical role in advising on:

  • Shareholders agreements and corporate structuring;
  • Sale and acquisition of business assets and shares;
  • Capital raising transactions, including private equity and venture capital;
  • Mid-market M&A transactions; and
  • Regulatory compliance and governance.

Who We Are Looking For

You’re a proactive and commercially-minded lawyer who enjoys cutting through complexity. You thrive in both autonomous and team-based settings and bring strong drafting and client-facing skills. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law
  • Some exposure to government advisory or in-house public sector roles (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong understanding of the Corporations Act and regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end transactions
