The Role
We Are Looking For a Family Lawyer With At Least 4 Years Experience To Join Our Team At Either Our Carlton Or Lilydale Office. Reporting To The Accredited Family Law Specialist Partner, This Position Involves Direct Client Engagement And a Broad Range Of Work Including
- Parenting arrangements;
- Child Support;
- Maintenance;
- Property settlements; and
- Drafting of Consent Orders and Financial Agreements.
To be considered for the role, you will:
- live the firms values of integrity and honesty, professionalism through excellence, respect, accountability, flexibility, team work and commitment;
- have at least four years post admission experience in family law;
- possess strong technical skills in family law;
- demonstrate experience achieving great outcomes for clients;
- enjoy working in and being part of a supportive team;
- possess a positive attitude; and
- be highly organised.
