About The Role
As a Mower Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.
Hourly rates are above award and dependent on experience.

- Operate a variety of mowing equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard
- Assist with other groundskeeping tasks when needed
- Promote a culture of safety

- Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish.

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Valid Driver's Licence
- White Card
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain (cost reimbursed)
