We are currently looking for an internal sales representative (Trade Counter Sales) to join our friendly, hardworking team at Toowoomba where we pride ourselves on providing excellent service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual who will thrive in our busy retail store. As part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our full range of welding and industrial equipment to a diverse range of customers. This is a high-paced and varied role that will see you gain experience in all aspects of the retail site including customer service, sales, warehousing, and distribution.

What You Will Enjoy Doing
- You will provide excellent customer service, via email, phone & face to face interactions
- Your responsibility includes development and upkeep of in store displays and promotional material, stock management and store upkeep, dispatching and receiving goods
- Furthermore, you will undertake product demonstrations, promotion and upselling of new products and initiatives
- Will also be responsible for safe manual handling of gas cylinders, yard operations including forklift work
- Comply with Company Policy and Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- You enjoy face to face customer interactions, display confidence and eagerness in presenting our wide product and service range to our customers
- You possess excellent time management and communication skills
- Previous retail sales experience would be highly regarded
- You come with industrial and safety equipment knowledge and experience (purely desirable)
- Welding process knowledge and experience would be beneficial
- You are keen to learn & progress within a global company
