What does the role look like?

As our F&B Promotional & Marketing Host, your role is to provide an extraordinary first impression to our customers, enhance guest experience and build relationships as part of an exceptional and seamless customer journey across the SkyCity hospitality precinct. You will also ensure our social media offering is dynamic and engaging to increase traffic and promote events. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for the occasion, creating a welcoming and memorable environment.

What you will look like?
We're seeking a candidate whose character shines, who thrives on creativity and has a customer centric approach to their work as well as;
- Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or customer service role
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms
- Strong engagement, interactivity and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organisational and reporting skills
- Passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability must include evenings, weekends, and public holidays
