About The Role

- You'll play a crucial part in converting warm leads and inbound enquiries into confirmed appointments while ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values.
- This is a Monday–Friday position. School hours may be considered for the right candidate.

- Handle outbound and inbound calls with warmth, professionalism, and purpose
- Convert warm leads into consultations through engaging and empathetic conversations
- Provide tailored information about our services and processes
- Coordinate and manage bookings across multiple clinics
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure every caller feels valued and understood
- 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call centre environments
- A confident, friendly phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong sales instinct with a genuine desire to help others
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience using CRM or scheduling systems (advantageous but not essential)
