We're looking for a skilled maintenance professional who understands the nuances of planning within fixed plant environments — not just mining. This position will play a key role in short-term planning for maintenance execution and field activities, working closely with other disciplines to ensure efficient coordination and scheduling.

This position will play a key role in short-term planning for maintenance execution and field activities, working closely with other disciplines to ensure efficient coordination and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage short-term maintenance plans for fixed plant assets
- Coordinate cross-discipline work scopes for planned outages and project-related activities
- Maintain and optimise the preventive maintenance program
- Undertake field planning activities on site
- Collaborate closely with the site-based planning team and key stakeholders
- Mechanical trade background or similar hands-on site experience
- Proven experience planning in fixed/process plant industries (not mining-specific roles)
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC6 or S/4HANA EAM from a planner, leading hand, or equivalent role
- Demonstrated understanding of the difference between planning and scheduling
- Comfortable working predominantly on site in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills across disciplines
- Work directly with high-profile clients in the resources sector
