We are looking for a Merchandise Administration Assistant to join our Fashion team. You will support the Category Managers with buying sheets, product setups and purchasing. This opportunity offers comprehensive exposure to a working of a Merchandise Team.

What You Can Expect To Do
- Provide outstanding administrative assistance and support to the Category Managers
- Setup, monitor and main product buy sheets
- Complete product set ups, catalogue builds in a timely manner
- Raise purchase orders and ensure all details are correct and achieve production deadlines ensuring delivery is made on time to maximise sales opportunities
- Communicate with vendor in a professional manner
- Support the team with various ad hoc administration task such as working with samples for production development and photo shoots
- Join a fast-paced digital v-commerce retail environment
- A proven track record as proactive administration assistant!
- Previous experienced as a retail Merchandise Assistant would be an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and hit the ground running
- Demonstrated proficiency in excel (intermediate) and data entry
- Outstanding Communication skills - internal and external
- Highly organised, with a flexible ‘Can Do’ approach
- Detail oriented and driven by deadlines
