To support our rapid national growth, we are seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to help grow our Plan Management and Support Coordination businesses.


We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager to drive growth through strategic B2B partnerships. In this role, you’ll build and nurture relationships with Support Coordinators (SCs), Local Area Coordinators (LACs), Service Providers (SPs), and key health/government contacts to increase customer acquisition in this fast-growing region.


You’ll collaborate with our State and National Partnerships Teams to develop referral networks, host local networking events, and represent Plan Group at industry forums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth – Build and expand referral networks across SCs, LACs, and SPs.
  • Strengthen B2B Relationships – Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the region.
  • Host Networking Events – Organize and attend industry events to increase engagement and referrals.
  • Represent Plan Group Locally – Attend forums, interagency meetings, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track and Optimize Performance – Use Salesforce to manage leads, track activities, and measure growth.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up to date with NDIS policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Regional Travel Required – Primarily within the Sydney area, with occasional interstate trips.


What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B Growth Experience – A strong track record in business development, sales, or stakeholder engagement.

Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills – Confident in connecting, collaborating, and consulting with a diverse network.

NDIS Knowledge & Passion – Understanding of NDIS legislation, Disability Standards, and industry trends.

Tertiary Qualification – In Community Services, Business, or Management (preferred but not essential).

A Self-Starter – Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work autonomously.

Driver’s License Required – Ability to travel within the region.

  • Maximize System Adoption – Onboard referrers with our dashboard and digital tools.
