What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Coordinating and managing the HR inbox and day-to-day administration
- Running end-to-end performance and remuneration review processes
- Supporting the delivery of inductions and onboarding
- Generating regular HR reporting and maintaining HR data via Workday
- Supporting the business with generalist advice and process coordination
- Helping lead cyclical processes like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and workforce planning
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR Coordinator or Junior Advisor role
- Exposure to both blue- and white-collar environments – ideally construction, manufacturing, or government
- Confident managing HR administration, reporting, and inbox coordination
- Previous experience using Workday HRIS is essential
- Strong communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
