We are looking for a finance student who wants to gain the first finance experience to join our team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours / week) for 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer payments
• Processing new customer account applications
• Assist with credit claims and adjustments
• Review aged debtors ledger to follow up customers for outstanding invoices
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Month end reporting
  
  
  

Profile:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
• Strong PC skills and generally computer literate (exposure to ERP systems would be beneficial)
• Excellent communication skills in regards to all stakeholders Quick learner when facing new situations
