Education Counselor

With a strong commitment to student care and success, we have established offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide to provide personalized support and quality services to our students currently studying in Australia.

We are currently seeking a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to advise students and their families on overseas education opportunities and assist them throughout the application process.

Some prior experience in educational counseling is an advantage, but not mandatory—comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling to prospective students and their families regarding study abroad options, including school and university selection.
• Deliver accurate and timely information on international education institutions through in-person meetings, phone consultations, or virtual platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support the preparation and submission of school applications and required documents.
• Support and participate in education fairs, marketing campaigns, branding activities, and internal training sessions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management team to ensure service excellence and smooth operations.
  
  

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in Australia
• Have a good knowledge of the Australian education system, information about schools and programs courses, examination system, regulations and visa application process.
• Having experience in counseling on studying abroad is a plus
• Have good presentation and persuasion skills.
• Have the ability to research and collect work-related information.
• Have ability to manage and store data, make reports and plans related to activities recruitment or events.
• Have teamwork skills and team spirit.
