Skills & Experience
A basic knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is essential. Training will be provided on the specific systems and programs utilized in the business. Strong verbal and communication skills are critical to interact effectively with all stakeholders. Requirements
One to two years of customer service or after-sales experience will be favorably considered. Most importantly, a can do positive attitude and a friendly personality are mandatory as you will be amongst the team who manage the front line for our internal and external enquiries relating to all after sales activities. You will also have a strong willingness to learn from those around you.
Educational background
HSC as a minimum with Tertiary education favorably considered.
Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ensure customer inquiries and service requests are resolved efficiently and promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. This involves receiving email and phone communication as the first point of contact.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE DELIVERY
Responsibilities will include delivery of after-sales services, such as repairs and warranties, spare parts, transportation within set timelines and SLAs. Raising Purchase Orders and Filing project details for future reference is a fundamental process within this role.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL & PRIORITISATION
Ours is a fast paced environment where attention to detail is a critical aspect of achieving excellent customer satisfaction. You must be able to prioritise as you handle multiple tasks and adjust to the volume and diversity of customer requirements.
