Your Role

As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, helping drive performance, service, and team culture across the venue.

You’ll:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
• Lead, train and motivate the team to deliver top-tier customer service
• Maintain food safety standards and compliance across the venue
• Manage inventory, ordering and rostering
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with confidence
• Contribute to local marketing initiatives and sales growth
• Champion cleanliness, safety and smooth operations every day

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year in a management or supervisory role in hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
• A cool head under pressure and a genuine love for people
• Solid understanding of food safety and compliance
• Flexible availability across nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive, motivated energy — with a drive to embrace change
