About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of our Therapeutic Homes and Intensive Therapeutic Care Homes based in Orange and Blayney, ensuring each residence delivers responsive, person-centred services that meet individual needs and uphold funding requirements. You’ll lead a passionate team committed to creating safe, supportive and therapeutic environments for children and young people in care.

About You
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced leader who is passionate about quality care and empowering teams. You will bring:

• A degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Welfare, Disability Services, Community Services, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant leadership experience within a similar service environment.
• Proven interpersonal, problem-solving solving and conflict management skills, with the ability to lead effectively in challenging situations.
• A commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and client-focused care.
