The Opportunity

This role is perfect for the professional that enjoys diversity in their working week. Reporting to MyneSight’s Operations Manager, you will have broad responsibilities supporting a site Training Department remotely via a digital training system. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Client and Stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting the site Training Department ensuring all processes are complete end to end;
  • Assisting with the build and upload of training documentation;
  • Auditing training documentation for both internal employees and external contractors to ensure system compliance; and
  • Learning Management System point of contact any other administrative support required

The Person

Our Administration Officer will have exceptional attention to detail and strong relationship management skills. Your proactive and positive attitude along with your ability to roll up your sleeves and make things happen will ensure your application will stand out from the rest. Ideally you will have prior experience working in a busy administration team, where you regularly juggled multiple priorities and expectations to ensure you deliver quality outcomes for all your key clients and stakeholders.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional client relationship mannerisms and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent numerical and written communication skills;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines whilst delivering maximum results;
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite along with exposure to ERP systems such as Damstra;
  • Exposure to training management system aXcelerate highly desirable but not essential;
  • Business Administration Certificate (Advantageous).
