Role Summary:

The Addressable Executive role is a key role within our team with a focus on both implementation and client relationships.?


You will work on a range of our leading clients with the aim of becoming a key advisor. You will collaborate with our Advisory & Trading teams to follow through on recommendations to fulfillment and provide insight thereafter to inform future planning.?


The Senior Activations Executive ensures performance goals are met across all Addressable campaigns. They are also responsible for the training, mentorship, and delegation of tasks to their direct reports, and are expected to lead strategic thinking and optimization tactics. Ability to compare/contrast ad tech partners and recommend the best tools for a particular campaign are key, extending this into response to brief projects to provide client counsel to key clients and agency partners.??


Key Responsibilities


Campaign management:

1. Assist the manager & director in responding to campaign briefs in line with agency planning process, whilst ensuring digital best practice is implemented with reference to research/sources for validation.????

2. Evangelize Kinesso solutions by familiarizing agency teams with product offering as well as industry updates.?

3. Track, measure and analyse early post launch campaign activities and resolve delivery and performance problems related to set up and technical issues.?

4. Collaborate with Trading & Product teams to initiate bespoke projects based on brand requirements, supporting digital acceleration and transformation.??

5. Lead campaign optimization strategies, and review/evaluation of these to communicate with wider team.??

6. Optimising campaigns leveraging the optimisation dashboard & providing feedback to Business Intelligence on improved features & data visualisation.?

7. Working with managers/directors to execute tests within the DSP.?



Profile:

1. Provide agency partners with thought leadership and education ahead of brief where relevant.??

2. Curation of case studies for internal knowledge share and PR purposes.?

3. Participation in industry events for Kinesso representation and individual network growth.?


Performance?:

1. Lead campaign KPI fulfilment on behalf of team portfolio. Collaborate with Client Advisory team to extract optimal campaign performance, fulfill client objectives and hero campaign results through an insights led approach.??

2. Track, measure and analyze campaign activities and resolve delivery and performance problems related to set up and technical issues.?

3. Work directly in console pulling data for use in statistical analysis. Using data visualization and analysis to generate insights and optimizations.??

4. Support Addressable media business growth across client portfolio through media counsel, strategic advice, thought leadership and delivery of audience-based solutions.??


People?:

1. Mentor and coach Addressable Associates & Executives through a development framework.?


Salary range between $80,000 to $85,000 inclusive of superannuation.
