Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Metro Markets Associate Director to join our growing Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team based in Sydney CBD.

This newly created role will be responsible to lead, grow and manage the direction of the REMS Metro Markets NSW business, directly leading our Parramatta, South Sydney & Newcastle offices with the support of the Director, Head of Office NSW.

You will successfully achieve this by:

  • Setting and communicating the Metro Markets NSW business plan for Real Estate Management Services (REMS) to align with the national REMS business plan.
  • Delivering profitable revenue growth in the NSW Metro Markets
  • Identifying and winning client relationships, building new business and growing market share for REMS in conjunction with other product lines.
  • Negotiating and preparing of Managing Agency Agreements for major clients and supervision of agreement negotiations.
  • Ensuring collaboration with other State Product Directors in NSW and planning and monitoring referral of business between product lines.
  • Supporting the Director, Head of Office NSW and team to achieve the NSW business plan.
  • Ensuring that the best talent in the market is brought into the business and integrated effectively.
  • Implementing National REMS marketing strategies and ensuring brand compliance in line with Colliers global marketing and advertising guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Property Management, including a thorough understanding of common commercial, retail & industrial leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology
  • Strong ability to build relationships with all levels of business, both internally and externally
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills - ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and building exceptional client and employee relationships.
  • Proven track record of managing, coaching and leading a team and building high-performing teams,
  • Proven track record of business planning with the ability to manage time, money, people & resources to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Current NSW Real Estate License
