About The Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our Sydney clinic ensuring every patient encounter reflects the Dental Boutique experience and every team member is set up for success.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading, mentoring, and managing a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians and support staff
• Overseeing clinic performance, workflows, and patient experience standards
• Driving operational excellence across scheduling, billing, reporting, and compliance

About You

You are an experienced healthcare or dental practice leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. You will:

• Understand dental or healthcare operations, including billing, scheduling, and compliance
