About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially savvy and analytically sharp Capital Markets Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. This is an outstanding opportunity to support high-impact work across corporate development and investor relations in a company undergoing significant strategic transformation. Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, you'll play a key role in evaluating strategic opportunities and helping shape how we engage with the investment community.

Therefore, you will:

• Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support M&A and capital markets activity
• Support execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring
• Collaborate across strategy, finance, legal, and external advisers on key projects
• Assist in the preparation of materials for senior management, the Board, and external stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment
• Support the development of investor materials including presentations and market updates
• Help coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings announcements

What You Bring

You’re analytically strong, commercially aware, and passionate about financial markets and strategy. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities, and bring energy and precision to everything you do. You’ll also possess:

• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2 – 5 years experience in investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, Big 4 transaction services or a similar analytical role
• Demonstrated capability in financial modelling, valuation, and supporting M&A execution
• Ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves on varied workstreams
