We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Customer Inventory Partner to join our growing team in Canning Vale (WA), Brisbane (QLD), or Adelaide (SA). In this role, you’ll support the execution of our joint Blackwoods and Customer Supply Chain strategy, with a focus on exceeding customer service expectations.

You’ll bring strong analytical skills, deliver accurate and insightful reporting, and drive improvements across complex supply chain systems. Collaborating with key customer stakeholders, you’ll help enhance performance across our end-to-end supply chain.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic forecasting and inventory initiatives as directed by the Supply Chain Manager, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Highlight improvements in system parameters including safety stock overrides, optimal replenishment quantities, and lead times to support efficient inventory management
  • Partner with the strategic sales team to promote and facilitate customer demand profiling, including attending customer sites as needed
  • Leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance and overall business outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with customer inventory planners through regular engagement to align on forecasts, identify system limitations, and uncover opportunities for service enhancement

What you will bring to the team:

  • Detailed knowledge of inventory systems, replenishment methodologies and demand management
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power Bi
  • Highly developed communication and listening skills
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, effective time management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a collaborative and solutions focused approach
  • Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role, with strong analytical and mathematical abilities
  • Tertiary qualification in supply chain or quantitative discipline and/or relevant experience in an analytical or planning capacity
  • Current Driver’s licence highly regarded
