Technical Lead (x2) | End User Experience & Service Delivery
We’re working with a well-known national organisation that's currently seeking two Technical Leads to support their End User Experience & Service Delivery function. These roles will provide leadership across multiple streams of work, driving key outcomes for both BAU and project delivery.
If you enjoy working hands on, leading by example, and have deep experience in enterprise-grade device management and collaboration platforms, this one’s for you.
Contract Details
- Initial 6-month contract with potential to extend
- Daily rate up to $750 + Super, depending on experience
- Sydney-based (Hybrid)
- Immediate Start Preferred
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing technical leadership across several solutions and streams of work
- Partnering closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to support seamless outcomes
- Leading improvements across platforms, tools, and systems for a national user base
- Balancing project and operational deliverables in a dynamic enterprise IT environment
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience across:
Device Management
- MECM
- Intune
- Jamf
- Active Directory & Group Policy
End User Operating Systems & Devices
- Windows 10/11
- MacOS
- Mobile platforms (iOS, iPadOS, Android, Chromebook)
Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
- Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms & Telephony
- Entra & Active Directory for identity services
Reporting & Insights
- Experience using SIEM tools like Splunk for insights and monitoring
