We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Gardener. This is a Full Time position working Monday to Friday 0830-1630 with a pay range of $27.53-$29.80 per hour.

We hire skilled Gardeners to care for our grounds to ensure our flowers continue to flourish and our gardens are sustainable for years to come. - Work in a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy
- Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area
- Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
- Previous experience or be completing an apprenticeship in a Gardener/Landscaper role
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- A reliable, friendly and professional manner
- Horticultural qualifications preferred
- Be willing to do Ad-Hoc Maintenance tasks.
