We are looking for a Senior Boomi Developer to join our Corporate Division.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Boomi Developer to join an established System Delivery team in our corporate division.
As a Developer you will be responsible for defining functionality to meet business requirements and executing development across our Field Service and Sales platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders and end-users across various platforms to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.
You will join a high-performing, welcoming team, based at our modern Head Office, which offers a vibrant environment featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces, and plenty of natural light.
Please note: This is a 6-month fixed term role with possibility of extension.

About The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementation of platform-wide development and business process improvements.
- Resolution of all issues/incidents/change requests/enhancements and development in line with the GBIS CD and project delivery framework.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, end-users, enterprise architects, delivery managers and project managers to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Take charge of the design, development and system architecture process to define specifications for configurations and customizations.
- Responsibility for the delivery of Change and Release management of Domain capabilities for the assigned application.
- Subject Matter Expertise for the assigned application in providing thought leadership for both tactical and strategic systems & solutions.
- Ability to work independently, or as a member of a team, to deliver support within the agreed budget and timeframe, meeting or exceeding quality expectations.
- Produce technical documentation such as functional and technical design specifications, user guides, and testing plans.
- Offer expert guidance and support to team members.
- Provide suggestions for system improvements and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the system for better functionality and user experience.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, equivalent qualification.
- Relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge and skill in development and support of Boomi platform.
- knowledge of technical process mapping skills and process workflow documentation Scripting languages such as Groovy or JavaScript.
- Strong experience with building Restful API's, Webservices.
- Hands-on experience implementing services-oriented architecture design and enabling technologies including messaging, XML, JSON, web services, and HTTP.
- Investigates problems in relevant systems and services.
- Resolving integration issues within the agreed SLA targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
