The Senior Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for developing new and optimising existing customer lifecycle marketing programs to drive customer engagement, retention, and portfolio growth for Latitude Credit Cards products. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Product, Analytics and Digital to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.



In this role, you’ll:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for Latitude credit card customers including onboarding, activation, utilisation, reactivation and loyalty initiatives
  • Lead the design and delivery of omni-channel CRM campaigns that drive usage and long-term engagement
  • Develop segmentation strategies to tailor messaging and offers to different cardholder needs
  • Lead a small high-performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Support new product development with go to market execution
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive the progression of the customer lifecycle program
  • Engage and influence across the enterprise to C – Level
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards in all communications



About you:

  • 7+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or portfolio management, ideally in banking, financial services, or personal lending.
  • Strong experience in customer journey optimisation, personalisation, and marketing automation (expertise in SFMC preferable).
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes through campaign execution and capability development
  • Understanding of credit card customer behaviours, lifecycle triggers, and key value drivers
  • Demonstrated success in offer, creative and channel testing.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring and developing a team
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance, use insights to refine future strategies.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
