This role is a Full Time role working from our Mount Waverley Office each week. You will proactively manage customer expectations whilst managing your Building Support Team. Love working with your Building Support Team and the experienced Site Managers to get our customers to settlement with minimal touch points to drive your own jobs and your teams jobs through.

Reporting to the Building Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide guidance and assistance to the Building Support Coordinators ensuring that customer needs & expectations are met
- Motivate the team and build a good working environment where honesty, openness and support for each other is paramount
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the Metricon job workflow, specifications and job details and ensure customers are kept abreast of any changes
- Assist to resolve any site or customer related matters or issues as deemed necessary and escalate relevant issues where appropriate
- Chair weekly workflow meetings with staff to review all jobs in your region to identify anomalies, progression, adherence to KPIs, agreed time frames and remedial actions
- Liaise with estimating, suppliers and key stakeholders where necessary to follow up or resolve specific issues for site personal
- Provide detail and assistance in regard to contractual matters; and
- Work and assist the Area Building Manager on specified tasks as required.
- Work with a high performing and fun team who are handling their own portfolio of job sites
- Sit with your Team and partner with them and go through each job number using Clickhome Workflow Report

- Working knowledge of the building and construction process essential
- Extensive experience within a volume/fast-paced customer service environment
- Proven experience in providing leadership and team development
- A proactive approach to all tasks undertaken with the ability to reach all KPIs and set deadlines
- Relevant experience in a customer focused role within a time critical working environment
- Superior/highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, as well as highly organised; and
- Intermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL skills.
