About the role
Working in a collaborative team, you will work closely with the Asset Managers to drive and execute asset plans and strategies across your portfolio of newly developed industrial and logistics assets, with a key focus on customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure a high-level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Financial preparation, management and reporting
  • Manage accurate documentation such as registers, insurances and contracts
  • Ensure tenants are compliant to their lease obligations
  • Maintain high level of occupancy, working closely with leasing on any vacancies
  • Prepare properties for lease and vacating, including tenancy fit-out coordination and make-goods
  • Collaborate with and oversee the facility managers
  • Assist with valuing potential acquisitions
  • Implement and manage sustainability initiatives


About you
To ensure your success, this position requires:

  • Certificate IV Real Estate (VIC)
  • Bachelor's degree is highly-regarded
  • Experience managing commercial properties for an agency or owner
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer relationships
  • Strong financial acumen including budget preparation, management and reporting
  • Desire to work in a team environment
