About the role
Working in a collaborative team, you will work closely with the Asset Managers to drive and execute asset plans and strategies across your portfolio of newly developed industrial and logistics assets, with a key focus on customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure a high-level of customer service and satisfaction
- Financial preparation, management and reporting
- Manage accurate documentation such as registers, insurances and contracts
- Ensure tenants are compliant to their lease obligations
- Maintain high level of occupancy, working closely with leasing on any vacancies
- Prepare properties for lease and vacating, including tenancy fit-out coordination and make-goods
- Collaborate with and oversee the facility managers
- Assist with valuing potential acquisitions
- Implement and manage sustainability initiatives
About you
To ensure your success, this position requires:
- Certificate IV Real Estate (VIC)
- Bachelor's degree is highly-regarded
- Experience managing commercial properties for an agency or owner
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer relationships
- Strong financial acumen including budget preparation, management and reporting
- Desire to work in a team environment
