An outstanding opportunity has presented itself to join our Head Office Team in the position of Human Resource/ Payroll Officer, located onsite in Tullamarine just minutes away from Melbourne Airport.
The onsite role requires an honest and enthusiastic individual, who possess' excellent computer skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, is reliable and able to provide and maintain excellent internal and external customer service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
You will be a team player, possessing an analytical and problem solving mindset who is prepared to learn all aspects of the business. If you are successful, you will work in conjunction with our Finance and Administration team and will be responsible for the effective management of the Human Resource functions with the support of the General Managers.

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm onsite in Tullamarine, Melbourne

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing all HR functions for up to 200 employees working for 4 separate entities across VIC, SA and QLD
- Processing, maintaining and improving the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- Supporting the Branch Management Teams with recruitment
- Supporting the Branch Management Teams with drafting and documenting performance management
- Managing employee licence and accreditation compliance
- Managing our staff rewards program
- Long service leave calculations (SA, VIC and QLD legislation understanding preferred)
- Fortnightly processing of payroll (experience with ELMO or Employment Hero preferred)
- Production of monthly reports using Excel
- Management of Workcover Claims
- Assisting the Admin and Finance Team with General Administration and other ad hoc duties
